Gus Commercials Ltd is one of Northern Ireland’s most reputable independent providers of commercial vehicle hire, sales, servicing and parts. Established in 2006 by a team of transport industry professionals, the aim was to offer the market an alternative to the main commercial vehicle dealerships. With the backing of years of commercial vehicle industry experience, Gus Commercials wanted to offer quality, trust and, most importantly, value for money.

From premises in Mallusk, Newtownabbey, Gus Commercials traditionally catered for all transport requirements across County Antrim and the Greater Belfast area, including new and used commercial vehicle sales, contract hire and short-term truck and van rentals, all supported by its IRTEC accredited technicians and IRTE accredited workshop.

In 2020, Gus Commercials was acquired by Traction Finance, a leading vehicle finance and management company. Together we can now offer vehicle sourcing, funding and maintenance for one vehicle to an entire fleet, including cars and commercial vehicles.  This includes business contract hire, personal contract hire, hire purchase, rental, and financing of both new and used vehicles throughout Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom.

Paul has a dual role in the business and is responsible for co-ordinating the rentals and service departments.

With an excess of 150 vehicles currently on our rental fleet, our Rental Executive is the point of contact for all your everyday vehicle hire needs.

Having an excellent all-round knowledge of the Gus business, Fiona now assists the sales department with all sales department administration, including communicating with the sales team, dealers, finance companies and customers to manage the process from order to delivery.
